"Adore" Wedding Mixed Media Layout with VIDEO TUTORIAL ~ Scraps of Elegance August Kit

Hi everyone. Today I'm sharing my latest project for Scraps of Elegance created with the "Mallika's Whimsy" Scraps of Elegance August Kit. My dear scrapbooking friend, Mandy married Josh, the love of her life, in June. This is a delayed wedding gift for them. This gorgeous Prima Garden Fable paper is just perfect for this amazing black and white photo!!

I've created a process video sharing the steps and techniques

used to create this shabby chic, mixed media layout.

Top flower cluster ~ you can see the gesso effect on the flowers and textured background.

The heat embossed chipboard title. I demonstrate how to distress edges using scissors in the video.

Beautiful Prima accents - the clock face and hands as well as the 

lacy doily cut with the Prima Doily Die.
