Merry Christmas Tracey! To answer your question: I saw that tag on Rangers Ink blog. there was no guide, but from the original design, you can tell which step came first. so here''s the link: http://blog.rangerink.com/blog/2010/11/project-distress-festive-foliage-birdcage-tag.html Hope this helps.
I used Tulip Puffy Paint. just bring it on, let it dry for an hour, and then heatset it, it will start to puff. But if you are like me... NO patience, then you can carefully heatset it immediately. I love that stuff. You can even color it, mix it, with a little drop of distress inks. I only buy the white and the black puffy paint. I think Michael's carries it in the t-shirt section. That's what I heard from the girls on the boards. Hope this helps.
