Summery Mixed Media Cards with VIDEO TUTORIAL ~ Scraps of Elegance August Kit

I used the gorgeous beach themed August Scraps of Elegance to created these beautiful summery mixed media cards. I added a bit of color using the Prima Water Soluble Oil Pastels from a previous kit. I simply adore that Melinda includes mixed media products in her kits and add ons that become an integral part of my mixed media supplies.
