"Congratulations" Mixed Media Card for Little Birdie Crafts

My niece graduated from high school this month and I created this delightful card to celebrate her special achievement. It features the gorgeous Little Birdie Crafts Fairy Sparkle paper and flower collections along with their fabulous mixed media products. I just adore mixing elegant flowers with a grungy background.
