The hot summer temperatures have settled in so I thought I would create a cool, breezy beach themed project. I adore altering jumbo clothespins. This is one started out as an Easter home decor piece with bold colors that I picked up on clearance after the holidays. The transformation is remarkable, and you can see the before and after photos on the Little Birdie Crafts Blog. You can also find jumbo clothespins in the unfinished wood section of craft stores, but they may have different dimensions than this one.
