Welcome to my creative space!
I adore repurposing boxes to store little trinkets in. I found this wooden box on clearance at the end of summer a few years back. It had a beach theme printed on it. Not my home decor style, but it was a great price, so I couldn't resist. I haven't tried decoupage on a box before so I pulled out some gorgeous Little Birdie Crafts Decoupage Papers and Deco Magic and transformed it into this girly grunge beauty.
I hope you'll stop by the Little Birdie Crafts blog for a full photo tutorial and extra close-up photos HERE. There are so many fun techniques I share like the glittered, fluttering butterflies, and a gorgeous shabby bottle cap element on top of the box.
Thanks for leaving some love while you're there!
