Birthday Card for BoBunny Challenge

We are being blessed with some wonderful winter days here in Ohio. It's forecast to be in the 50's over the next several days. Quite warm for January!! Our daughter, Elizabeth, and her husband, Andrew, are coming over later this afternoon, and we are taking them out for dinner to celebrate Andrew's birthday which is later this month.

Here is the card I created for him. The BoBunny Card Challenge this month is to use 70% white space. All right, I didn't pull out my math and measuring skills to figure it out, but I think I did OK eyeing it??  I'm not used to white space, so this card came together more quickly than most for me. Come to think of it, this may well be my first CAS card.

  1. Tracey, I think you did a great job with this challenge and thank-you for showing the inside! I'm pretty bad at finishing the insides of my cards ahead of time!

  9. I just LOVE that vintage Victrola. I actually have a big one in my home that belonged to my Grandparents, and it still works. I own ALL the classics too on Victrola records, very cool!

  17. I love the distressing! I'm a big fan of distressing, though I haven't used it a lot lately because it doesn't seem to fit with my current projects. Thanks for reminding me of the technique though, now I need to think of a way to use it...

  24. Tracey,
The picture of the globe on the dsp is so heartwarming to me. It reminds me of my Grandad looking at pictures in the National Geographic.
It is a treasure inside and out.
